Flow'ers
Lilies are the only flowers referred to by name in the B. of M.

Freedom
The B. M. stands emphatically for f., liberty and democracy. These principles are stressed frequently. The Lord revealed to Jared's brother that America should be "free from bondage . . . and from all other nations . . . IF they will but serve the God of the land." Eth. i:35.

In 73 B. C., in the 19th year of the Judges, Mo-roni, generalisimo of the Nephite armies, "appointed by the chief judges and the voice of the people," found it necessary to execute the rebels who sought to establish a dictatorship. Al. xxi:69,70. See Liberty, Kingdom, Government.

FREE'MEN
See Kingmen.

Fruit
The B. of M. speaks of olives and grapes.
